If you create an account and pay online by credit card you can be using the site within 10 minutes.

How do I contact a job seeker from the Resume database?

To contact people from the Resume database you simply need to purchase one of our great value Premium Job Packs.  Then you can request a Resume and get the full profile of the Candidate, including their contact details.

Are my job applicant details stored online if I need them?

Yes.  The details of all people who apply for your jobs are emailed to you, plus they are stored online in your secure propertyroles.com account.  No more losing track of valuable Resumes. 

Can I store notes about my job applicants online?

Yes you can. You can search for applicants, view applicants by job, create notes against applicants, update your Applicant Status field, send auto acknowledgement emails to applicants and much more.

Can I qualify my job applicants as they apply?

Yes you can.  With every Premium Job Pack purchased you can create yes/no screening questions on each of your job ads.  These screening questions must be answered by the applicant when they apply.  For example, "Do you have 2 years experience analysing property equities?" 

Does the applicant's score get displayed on their application?

Yes.  Your screening questions and the applicant's answers are emailed to you and stored online in your account.  Applications for your jobs are scored (e.g. 5/5) and sorted in order of best scores first.

Is there an Advertisers Directory where we can tell job seekers more about our business?

Yes there is a searchable Advertiser directory.  Advertisers who purchase a Bronze Premium Pack or higher can list their business in this directory.  propertyroles.com users can learn more about your business, visit your company web site, view and apply for your jobs and more.
